Philip MacIsaac

Philip joined the firm in 2017 as a Partner. He has previous senior experience in both Big 4 and Medium Sized Accountancy practices together with other Corporate, Finance and Taxation roles.

Philip has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT, a Graduate Diploma in Tax Laws from Monash University, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 and also as a CPA in 1985. Philip is also a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Taxation Institute of Australia and associate member of the Financial Planning Association.

Philip has extensive experience Finance, Accounting and Taxation in advising Medium/SME business owners and Corporate clients in the areas of taxation, business structures, purchase and sale of businesses, financing, succession and estate planning.

Philip has assisted clients in maximising their position by consulting and negotiation of commercial results and review of documentation/agreements to maximise a client’s position.

Philip has also worked with international clients in both inbound / outbound transactions including Australian residency and registrations including setting up administrative support and relevant Transfer Pricing implications.

Philip’s industry experience extends across Superannuation Funds and Corporate / SME Groups in service businesses, building & construction, property investment manufacturing, import/export and transport & distribution.
